• Inventory Management
• Customer & Supplier Management
• Business Reports & Analytics

The software may be used for personal, commercial, or internal business purposes.

Compliance Responsibility

While the software provides GST and tax-related features, final responsibility for GST filing, tax calculation, and statutory compliance lies solely with the User.

Pricing & Commission

• No subscription or license fee
• No monthly or yearly charges
• A commission of 0.5% per successful billing transaction
• Commission is calculated based on invoice value
• Applicable taxes may be charged as per law
• Commission structure may be revised with prior notice

User Account & Security

Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
All activities performed through the account are the User's responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

ThynkTech India Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Business losses
• Tax penalties due to incorrect data entry
• Compliance failures
• Indirect or consequential damages

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
